Q - What web browsers do you support?
A - We support all modern browsers with a minimum horizantal resolution of 800 pixels.  This includes recent versions of Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Opera and Mozilla.

Q - How can I change the font sizes; they are too small on my monitor?
A - Most browsers have a feature that lets you alter the font size on the screen.  Typically, this is found in the View/Text Size menu. Depending on your browser, this may have a limited affect. We recommend against using Internet Explorer if you need to resize fonts.

Q - My Internet connection dropped while I was taking the instrument. Do I have to take the whole thing again?
A - No. You can leave and return at any time. Just login again, and you can pick up where you left off.

Q - I think I skipped a question. How do I go back to it?
A - The instrument will not complete unless all questions have been answered. To make this easiest for you, once you have answered the last question, the instrument will re-ask the questions you skipped. You can also use the Back and Forward buttons to move through the questions.
